Tektova sells digital toolkits delivered as encrypted ZIP files containing PDF guides and editable DOCX templates.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a unique, time-limited download link. Download links are valid for 48 hours from the time of issue and may be used up to 3 times. After expiry or exhaustion of download attempts, the link becomes invalid.

If you experience issues with your download link, contact info@tektova.com with your order reference.

Upon purchase, Tektova grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the purchased toolkit for your own internal business purposes.

You may: • Use the toolkit within your organisation. • Adapt and customise the templates for your own use. • Share adapted versions internally within your organisation.

You may not: • Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the toolkit or any part of it. • Share the original files publicly or with third parties outside your organisation. • Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions. • Use the toolkit to create competing products or services.

All payments are processed by PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. Tektova does not store your payment card details.

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact info@tektova.com within 30 days of purchase with your order reference and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds are processed to the original PayPal account within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.

All content on tektova.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, and toolkit content, is the intellectual property of Tektova and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Tektova name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Tektova. You may not use them without prior written permission.

Tektova's products are provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any toolkit. • The suitability of any toolkit for your specific regulatory or compliance requirements. • Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or download links.

The toolkits are intended as practical starting points and reference frameworks. They do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for adapting and implementing them appropriately for your organisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tektova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
